What Items Are Returnable?

Returnable items must be:

  • In new, unused, resalable condition
  • Include all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Free of damage, missing pieces, or signs of installation/use
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order or special request items
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Custom items made for you
  • Items you customize or modify
  • Used items that are no longer resalable
  • Items missing packaging, parts, or instructions
  • Items specifically marked "non-returnable"
Fees & Deductions
  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable.
  • Return shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label with your return instructions.
How Refunds Work

After we receive and inspect your return, we will determine whether the return qualifies for:

  • A refund to the original payment method
  • An exchange
  • Store credit (when applicable)

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

FORMAL TERMS

Full Policy

Returns; Return Authorization; Inspection

Subject to the limitations set forth herein and any additional manufacturer restrictions, eligible merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. Returned merchandise must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, and must include all original packaging, manuals, components, accessories, and documentation. Elevate Home Mobility reserves the right to reject any return that, in its sole discretion, does not meet these conditions.

A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") may be required prior to return. Customers must obtain any required RMA and comply with all return instructions provided. Return shipments sent without authorization or not in accordance with provided instructions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are not returnable: (i) special order or special request items; (ii) promotional items and free gifts; (iii) custom-built items and made-to-order products; (iv) items modified, customized, installed, used, or otherwise rendered non-resalable; (v) items missing packaging, components, parts, or instructions; and (vi) items expressly designated as non-returnable.

Restocking Fees; Shipping and Handling

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifteen percent (15%), which shall be deducted from any refund or credit. Shipping charges, delivery surcharges, insurance, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Elevate Home Mobility. Return shipping costs for eligible returns will be covered by Elevate Home Mobility; a prepaid shipping label will be provided with return authorization instructions.

Refund Method; Timing

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit (as applicable) will be issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Elevate Home Mobility reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy (refund, exchange, or store credit) based on the condition of the merchandise, applicable manufacturer policies, and other reasonable factors.

Returns Outside the 30-Day Window

Returns requested after the thirty (30) day period may be accepted solely at the discretion of Elevate Home Mobility. To request consideration, customer must contact Elevate Home Mobility at +1 (877) 730-1170.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Home Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to any return, refund, exchange, or shipping issue.

Force Majeure

Elevate Home Mobility shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain constraints, transportation interruptions, or other events outside of its control.

Governing Terms

This Return Policy constitutes a portion of the terms applicable to your purchase and may be updated from time to time. In the event of any conflict between this policy and a manufacturer's written policy applicable to a specific product, the manufacturer's policy may control where required.
