What "Everything Covered" Means
We don't limit coverage to individual components or specific parts. If an issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or occurs during normal use — you are fully protected.
Our team will:

Support Beyond the Warranty Period
While our standard warranty covers 2 full years, support often extends beyond the warranty period. After the initial 2 years:

What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse or abuse

Full Warranty Terms
Limited Warranty
Elevate Home Mobility warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, Elevate Home Mobility will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace defective parts, provide labor for repairs, or replace the product, at no cost to the customer, when a defect is determined to be the result of manufacturing or workmanship.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers all components, labor, and replacement units required to correct defects arising from normal use. No component-specific limitations apply during the warranty period.
Post-Warranty Support
Issues arising after the expiration of the two-year warranty may be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. While not guaranteed, Elevate Home Mobility may offer parts, service, or other assistance at its discretion.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, acts of nature, or use outside of the product's intended residential application.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Home Mobility shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.
