Every Elevate Home Mobility P-Lift Vertical Platform Lift is backed by a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects — not wear and tear or improper use — with component-specific coverage periods designed to protect what matters most.
Both parts and labor are covered for the first 120 days. After 120 days, covered parts are shipped to you at our expense — so you can purchase with confidence.

All coverage periods begin from the date of delivery. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only — not wear and tear or improper use.

If you need your P-Lift serviced and believe the work falls under the manufacturing warranty — which covers defective parts, not wear and tear or improper use — please contact us or complete a warranty support ticket on our website.
First 120 Days: Both parts and labor are fully covered. Contact us and we'll coordinate everything.
After 120 Days: Covered parts are shipped to you at our expense within each component's warranty period. Labor is not covered after the 120-day mark.
Technician Verification: We reserve the right to request a repair technician verify the nature of the repair needed for warranty claims.

FORMAL TERMS
Elevate Home Mobility warrants its P-Lift Vertical Platform Lift products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended residential use, for the component-specific coverage periods listed below, beginning from the date of delivery.
The following coverage periods apply to manufacturing defects only:
During the first 120 days from the date of delivery, Elevate Home Mobility will cover both parts and labor required to correct a covered defect, at no cost to the customer. After 120 days, covered parts will be provided and shipped at Elevate Home Mobility's expense within the applicable component warranty period; however, labor costs after 120 days are the responsibility of the customer. Elevate Home Mobility reserves the right to request that a repair technician verify the nature of the repair needed prior to approving a warranty claim.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship failures occurring during normal, intended residential use. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, or components outside their designated coverage period.
Issues arising after the expiration of a component's warranty period may be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. While not guaranteed, Elevate Home Mobility may offer parts, service, or other assistance at its discretion.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, acts of nature, or use outside of the product's intended residential application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Home Mobility shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by jurisdiction. Elevate Home Mobility reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time without prior notice.
