Highlights
Supports up to 400 lbs with dual 250W brushless motors. Heavy-duty capacity meets efficient brushless performance — this chair is built for real daily demands, not just occasional light use.
Folds to just 14" and stands upright for easier loading. Compact enough for most vehicle trunks and SUVs, and designed to stand on its own once folded so you're not wrestling it into a car.
Up to 12 miles per charge — with two removable batteries. Each battery is about 144 watt-hours. Dual batteries extend your range, and both can be removed and charged away from the chair so you're not anchored to a wall outlet wherever the chair is stored.
Electromagnetic braking engages automatically the moment you stop. Release the joystick and the brakes hold immediately — no rolling, no coasting, confident stopping on ramps, slopes, and uneven ground.
Lift-up armrests and a full joystick panel — everything included. Armrests flip up for easy side transfers; the joystick puts speed control, horn, battery indicator, and power on/off all within reach in one place.

Sky Hawk Folding Power Wheelchair — 400 lb Capacity, Dual 250W Motors, Up to 12 Miles Per Charge
The Sky Hawk Folding Power Wheelchair by Elevate Home Mobility is built for people who need serious powered mobility without giving up portability. With dual 250W brushless motors, a 400 lb weight capacity, and a compact folded profile that fits in most vehicle trunks, it's a chair designed to work as hard as you do — every day.
Where most folding power chairs make you choose between performance and portability, the Sky Hawk delivers both. The LED joystick controller handles speed, braking, and direction from one intuitive panel, while electromagnetic braking holds the chair confidently every time you stop.
Available in Blue, Black, and Silver, the Sky Hawk is an Elevate Home Mobility original — backed by a 3-year frame warranty and our team's expert support before and after your purchase.

Two independent 250W brushless motors give the Sky Hawk balanced, responsive drive across a wide range of surfaces — smooth flooring, textured pavement, gentle inclines up to 10 degrees. Brushless motors run cooler and more efficiently than brushed alternatives, meaning longer motor life and more consistent daily performance. The electromagnetic braking system engages automatically the moment the joystick is released, holding the chair securely in place without any manual brake interaction. On slopes, curbs, and uneven ground, that automatic hold makes a meaningful difference.
The Sky Hawk folds down to 24" L × 14" W × 32" H — a profile that fits in most vehicle trunks, SUV cargo areas, and even many smaller car back seats. Once folded, the chair is designed to stand upright on its own, so you're not trying to balance it while loading. For caregivers and users who manage transport independently, that detail matters. No ramps, no lifts required for most vehicles — just fold, lift, and load.
400 lb Capacity — Heavy-Duty Support in a Portable Frame
The Sky Hawk supports users up to 400 lbs with a reinforced frame, 17" × 17" padded seat, and a 19" wide armrest span. The 17" seat depth and 22" seat height provide a comfortable, well-proportioned seating position for a wide range of body types. Anti-tip wheels at the rear add an extra layer of stability during everyday use, particularly on inclines or when accelerating. A safety belt is included for secure positioning.
12-Mile Range — Two Removable Batteries, Charged Your Way
The Sky Hawk's dual 24V 6Ah batteries provide up to 12 miles of range on a full charge — enough for a full day of errands, appointments, or indoor use without worrying about power. Each battery weighs 3.5 lbs and can be removed from the chair for offboard charging. That means you can plug them in at your desk, on a kitchen counter, or anywhere with an outlet — you're not anchored to wherever the chair happens to be parked. Charge through the joystick port or remove for more convenient access.

LED Joystick Controller — Everything You Need, One Hand
The Sky Hawk's LED joystick puts full chair control within easy reach: forward and reverse steering, variable speed adjustment, a horn, a real-time battery level indicator, and power on/off — all operated from a single panel. The joystick can be configured for the user's dominant hand and is mounted at a comfortable angle for natural arm positioning. When a caregiver needs to push the chair manually, it can be switched to freewheel mode for attendant-assisted operation. The lift-up armrests on both sides allow easy side transfers to and from the chair at tables, beds, and vehicle seats.

Intuitive Controls. Clear Information.
The LED display gives you everything you need at a glance: battery level, real-time voltage, speed readout in km/h with a bar indicator, and a wheelchair status icon. Below the screen, four clearly labeled buttons handle power on/off, speed down, speed up, and the horn — all accessible from one hand. The 360° joystick beneath gives smooth, responsive directional control. Everything is designed to be operated confidently without looking away from where you're going.
Adjustable Reclining Backrest — Comfort at Your Angle
The Sky Hawk's backrest is adjustable, allowing you to recline to a more comfortable position for extended sitting, resting, or post-meal comfort. Whether you need a slightly reclined angle for relaxed daily use or a more upright position for active driving, the backrest adjusts to support you. This is especially valuable for users who spend longer periods in the chair throughout the day.
The Sky Hawk includes an adjustable footrest that accommodates different leg lengths and seated positions. Proper foot support reduces fatigue, improves circulation, and keeps the user positioned correctly in the chair — all important for extended daily use. The footrest also folds out of the way when not needed, making transfers and accessing tight spaces easier.

Under-Seat Accessory Basket — Carry What You Need
The Sky Hawk includes a convenient under-seat storage basket that keeps your essentials within reach without requiring a separate bag or caregiver assistance. Groceries, a water bottle, a small purse, a tablet, or daily medications — all fit comfortably in the basket so your hands stay free on the joystick. For users who value independence throughout their day, having storage built in makes a real difference.

Headrest Add-On Kit · $79.99
Add neck and head support for users who benefit from extra postural stability during extended use. The headrest mounts directly to the Sky Hawk's backrest and is designed specifically for this model. Ideal for users with reduced upper-body control, fatigue, or those who simply want a more supportive ride.
The Widening Kit expands the Sky Hawk's seat width to better accommodate broader body types, providing a more comfortable and secure fit. If the standard 17" seat width isn't quite right for your needs, this kit offers a practical solution without requiring an entirely different chair. Designed to install without specialized tools.
The Sky Hawk supports users up to 400 lbs. It features a reinforced frame, a 17" × 17" padded seat, and anti-tip wheels for added stability. For a lighter chair, the Carbon8 weighs 25.3 lbs without its battery and supports up to 300 lbs.
With both 24V 6Ah batteries fully charged, the Sky Hawk can travel up to 12 miles. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed, incline, and temperature conditions.
Each of the Sky Hawk's two removable lithium batteries is 24V × 6Ah, about 144 watt-hours. Airlines set their own rules for battery-powered wheelchairs and spare batteries, and most ask you to arrange it before you fly, so contact your airline when you book and have the battery details handy. The Sky Hawk folds to 24" L × 14" W × 32" H. Once folded it stands upright on its own, making it easier to load into a vehicle without extra help. It fits in most car trunks, SUV cargo areas, and many back seats.
Yes. Both batteries are removable, so you can charge them away from the chair — at your desk, kitchen counter, or anywhere with an outlet. You can also charge through the joystick's built-in charging port while the batteries remain installed.
Yes. The Sky Hawk can be placed in freewheel mode, which disengages the motors and allows an attendant to push the chair manually when needed.
The Sky Hawk has a climbing ability rating of 10 degrees. For safety, always drive slowly on inclines, avoid steep grades beyond the rated limit, and follow all guidance in the user manual. The electromagnetic braking system helps hold the chair securely when stopped on a slope.
The Sky Hawk is available in three colors: Blue, Black, and Silver. All colors are the same chair with identical specifications.
The Sky Hawk includes a 3-year warranty on the frame, 1-year warranty on the motor, CPU, battery, and joystick, and 3-month coverage on wearable parts. Elevate Home Mobility's team is available to support you through any warranty process.
